1. Data controller

The controller responsible for processing your personal data through this website is Success Protection.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what you give us through the “Request a quote” form:

  • your full name and phone number (required),
  • your email address (optional),
  • the type of premises, the services you are interested in and your message,
  • your consent and the date and time of the request.

When you visit, our hosting provider automatically logs technical details (such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request) that are needed to run and secure the website. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Responding to your request (contacting you, a site survey, preparing a quote): steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).
  • Running and securing the website, e.g. protection against spam: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Google Map: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties.

4. Who has access

Only authorised staff of our company have access to your data. To run the website we use the following providers, who act on our behalf:

  • Hosting provider: serving the website’s pages. The provider may record technical visit data, such as your IP address, in its server logs.
  • Google: the mailbox where requests you send by email arrive and, only if you choose to, displaying the map (see section 7).

5. How long we keep it

Form requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and for 24 months at most. If we go on to work together, your details are kept for as long as the contract and tax law require. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

6. Cookies and local storage

Our website does not set cookies on your device. Our fonts are hosted on our own servers, so browsing the site makes no connections to third parties.

If you tick “Remember my choice” on the map, we store only the flag sp-maps-consent in your browser’s local storage, so we don’t ask again. It contains no personal data and you can delete it below.

7. Google Map

The map in the “Contact” section does not load automatically. It loads only when you press “Show map”. Google Ireland Ltd. then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s Privacy Policy.

No consent is stored; the map loads only when you ask for it.

8. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Greek Law 4624/2019, you have the right to:

  • access your data and have it corrected,
  • have it erased or its processing restricted,
  • data portability and to object to processing,
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew it.

To exercise your rights, email us at [email protected]. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Kifisias 1–3, 115 23 Athens).

9. Data security

The website runs only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way the website works or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
